December 19, 2020

I had a special attitude to the wedding of this young and beautiful couple since it was the first destination wedding in Alabama for me personally. I was not only the destination wedding photographer but I was also honored to be а secret proposal photographer for them in Charleston.  They engaged in the fall of 2019 and it was an incredibly romantic shooting. Despite their young age, this couple is very serious about the family canon and their relationship is simply saturated with respect and love.

Their wonderful wedding took place on the eve of Christmas, on December 19, 2020 in Alabama. Allie, the bride, was simply the embodiment of fragility and sophistication. The off-fitting champagne-colored dress was covered with elaborate embroidery and perfectly accentuated the figure. Loose hair, slightly gathered at the back of the head, gave tenderness to the image of the bride. A short and airy veil skillfully adorned her hair, a beautiful bracelet flaunted on her wonderful hand. Simple make-up, nothing superfluous, but everything is amazingly beautiful.

Since the dominant colors at the wedding were white, gray and green, the image of the groom perfectly combined these three colors – gray suit, white shirt and dark green tie. A white rose flaunted coquettishly in the breast pocket of his jacket. The groom’s friends were dressed in the same tone as the groom. And the bridesmaids were one more beautiful than the other in their dark green dresses and with large bouquets in their hands, such as the bridal bouquet. Harmony in everything was impressive.

As their wedding place Allie and Reid сhose The Barn at Dogwood Farms, Alabama and it was the perfect place. The wedding ceremony in front of the old tree decorated with a vast white stripe was very touching, especially the moment when the newlyweds held hands and gave the oath of allegiance. All the guests looked at them with bated breath. And there were a lot of guests and everyone was sincerely happy for Allie and Reid.

The hall to which the guests moved after the ceremony was fabulously decorated with beautiful floral decorations in white-green colors. The steps in front of the entrance to the hall were decorated with wreaths from a green Christmas tree. The ceiling of the hall was decorated with intricately shaped wooden structures and lamps. There were snow-white tablecloths on the tables, in the center of each table there was a lantern with a candle, which added an even more festive atmosphere. The garlands on the Christmas trees radiated a warm color. The wedding cake deserved special attention. It was a tall sweet construction, red-white inside and covered with a white airy cream, towered on a golden plate in an antique style. Dancing, toasting, the traditional removal of the garter, hugs and seeing off the newlyweds under the sparklers – during this whole celebration I, Alabama wedding photographer, managed to capture all these wonderful moments. It was an honor to photograph the engagement and the wedding and an unforgettable experience in Alabama. Be Happy!
