There’s something magical about a beachside proposal, especially when it takes place in one of Charleston’s most scenic coastal spots — Isle of Palms. On October 9th, Jordan surprised his girlfriend Christen with a beautiful proposal near the pier, and we were honored to capture every moment.
Visiting from Texas, the couple took what appeared to be a casual walk along the beach. But as the ocean breeze rolled in and the waves gently crashed at their feet, Jordan dropped to one knee — and Christen’s reaction was priceless. Shocked, emotional, and full of joy, she said “yes” against the dreamy backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean.
After the big moment, we explored the area around the pier and nearby sand dunes for a relaxed photo session. From romantic portraits to playful shots of the couple running along the shoreline, every image reflected their love and excitement. It was one of those perfect Charleston days — sunny skies, soft light, and the kind of warmth that makes a moment unforgettable.
