What a fantastic engagement session this was! A beautiful couple, an amazing location, and an abundance of positive emotions — everything came together perfectly. Meghan and Justin are an incredibly lovely couple with a heartwarming love story. Like many couples today, they met online and decided to meet in person after a few weeks of chatting. Their first date was memorable, especially because Justin ordered a salad while Meghan ordered enough food for both of them! They’ve been together for almost two years, with one year of living together, and they have wonderful plans for the future. In five years, they hope to have a second child and be living in a bigger home where they can eventually raise 3-4 children. What a beautiful vision for their life together!
I find it so romantic that when Justin came into Meghan’s life, he was everything she had prayed for in a man — the perfect missing piece to her puzzle. He hadn’t been in Charleston long when they met and had no family here. It’s clear that they both came into each other’s lives at exactly the right time, when they needed each other the most. Meghan loves Justin’s patience and the unconditional love he shows her and her daughter, Emilia, every day. There’s nothing he wouldn’t do to make them both as happy as possible. Justin, on the other hand, admires Meghan’s drive, passion, and family-oriented nature. She keeps him grounded and brings out the very best in him, and he loves Emilia more than anything.

Now, let’s talk about the session itself. We started our journey at the iconic Rainbow Row, one of Charleston’s most picturesque locations. The vibrant colors of the historic homes provided a stunning backdrop that perfectly complemented Meghan and Justin’s love story. From there, we wandered through the charming little streets of Downtown Charleston, each turn revealing a new and beautiful setting. We wrapped up the session at the Public Pier on Concord Street, where the views of the water added a serene touch to the end of our day together.
An interesting note — before the session, Meghan was super excited, but Justin wasn’t quite as enthusiastic. However, by the end of our time together, he was beaming with happiness! Justin, your smile at the end of the session was the best present I could have asked for.
