Wedding at Alhambra Hall // Megan & Damon

Alhambra Hall was the venue for Megan and Damon’s celebration of love. At the wooden archway, to the recitation of Bible verses on 10 September 2022, there was one more happy couple in the world.

Green sage and white flowers were the main theme and color scheme for the wedding. The ceremony took place on a green lawn bathed in bright sunshine. The bride and groom’s loved ones were seated on white folding chairs under the canopy of large green trees.

We captured the beautiful views of Charleston Harbour in lovely photos of the bride and groom. Their gentle touches, sensual hugs and kisses – how much happiness and tenderness are in it.

The couple also had a wonderful bonding ceremony. They wove three ropes together, one representing the groom, the other one for the bride, and the third one for God. The tightly woven ropes became a symbol of unity, devotion and loyalty to each other.

The charming bride was dressed in a gown with a train and lace back. A veil complemented the neat hairstyle. The bouquet organically combined white roses and greenery. The bridesmaids in soft birch dresses looked very stylish.

The groom appeared at the wedding in an emerald jacket and black trousers. The white shirt was complemented with a black bowtie. The groom’s friends wore classic black suits and white butterflies. A team of real modern gentlemen!

The couple met on the internet. They both worked as teachers, so they hit it off quickly. For their first date they went to a local sports bar. They bonded over their shared love of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Megan and Damon have a romantic tradition: every year on their first date, they go to that same sports bar again.

Damon decided to propose to Megan on her 30th birthday. Then they had a wonderful time at the beach. After dinner and a walk along the promenade, Damon got down on one knee and asked that all-important question. And got the coveted consent.

Why was Charleston chosen? First of all, it’s the groom’s hometown. It’s also where Damon proposed to Megan. After looking around several scenic locations, the couple unequivocally decided for themselves that their wedding would only be here.
