Charleston Photo Art began in 2016 with a simple vision: to tell love stories through timeless, heartfelt photography. Founded by Dennis, a wedding and portrait photographer with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, the company quickly grew through his unique ability to connect with people and capture genuine emotion.
In 2019, Dennis’s wife, Iryna, joined the team as our studio manager. With a background in Charleston’s hospitality industry and a Master of Arts in Art History, Iryna brought a deep appreciation for details and client experience—helping turn our small business into something even more meaningful.
Today, Charleston Photo Art is proud to be a full-service photography and videography studio based in Charleston, SC. Our talented team includes associate photographers, second shooters, assistants, and expert editors who all share one passion: creating unforgettable visual stories.

Charleston Photo Art Experience
Charleston is perfect for photo sessions all year round. We love using the city’s beautiful outdoor spots, but we also have great indoor options for rainy days.
After your session, we invite you to our studio to view your photos on a large 32-inch screen and choose your favorites. It’s a relaxed, comfortable space where you can also see samples of our albums, framed prints, and wall art. We offer both photography and videography, and you’ll be able to preview examples of our wedding films and video highlights during your visit.
Within a day or two after our meeting, you’ll receive a few preview images. Your full gallery will be delivered through a private online link where you can view, approve, download, and order print products.
