The wedding of this wonderful couple was especially meaningful to me. Due to the pandemic, they had to postpone their wedding three times, and I can honestly say it was a long-awaited event. Natalie and Eric have been together for 6.5 years, and after that point they decided to become husband and wife. But the story of their relationship began when they were students. Hmmm, how romantic it is. Romance permeated the whole wedding atmosphere. Starting from the snow-white and exquisite bride’s dress, the stunning wedding bouquet, and ending with pink figgy.

The newlyweds chose Charleston as their wedding venue not by an accident. Charleston was especially close to both of them. And the selected wedding venue was just perfect. It was Merchants Hall, a godsend for photographers. Every inch of this place looks like it was created for photography purposes. There was very beautiful greenery and artfully planted flowers in the courtyard. We took wonderful pictures of the newlyweds standing under the thin veil of the bride and smiling at each other. No unnecessary shadows, a great angle and sunlight in the background made the photos more than perfect. As a Merchants Hall wedding photographer, I was especially pleased by the sincere smiles of all guests and the newlyweds. The groom, the groom’s mates and the bridesmaids all had dark blue outfits creating a sharp contrast to the snow-white dress of the bride in the pictures. The weather just played with sunshine on this wedding day. We took stunning photos under a huge sprawling tree with sunlight streaming through its mighty branches. It turned out spectacular.

This unforgettable Merchants Hall wedding was full of dancing, congratulations, and toasts. There was a lot of light in the hall, which is very important for quality shooting. The more natural the light, the more natural the photos. Toward the end of the fun, when the newlyweds decided to get some privacy, all the guests lined up on their sides and lit the Bengal lights. It was a fantastically romantic sight against the backdrop of the night sky.

Despite the fact that Natalie and Eric had to postpone the wedding three times, their Merchants Hall wedding was mind blowing. And I am truly glad that I was the Merchants Hall wedding photographer, who took those happy wedding photos for them.
